Hi all, it is Friday, I am at work and not too happy to be here when I could be riding my bike in this 50 degree weather. Ah, well, what are you going to do.

Gym Report:
Gym was empty when I got there at 9:50. Easy to get on everything, I was happy. Lifted single set upper body. Legs tonight maybe? X-trainer for 60 mins, then abs.

The Mole showed up just as I was about to leave in a 70's style dress jacket and slacks, he called what I assumed to be his wife to let her know he was at Life Time and then asked me if it was a 24 hour Life Time. I think he did this because he wanted her to hear that he was at the gym, not somewhere else. Why you ask? He asked me the same question last time I saw him in the locker room while he was on the phone. My next clue was that I overheard him say to the other person on the phone that he could, "hear the pain in her voice...". I am guessing that me might have cheated on her(with who I don't know, the man looks like a mole). Well enough speculation. James is having a shindig at his place Saturday night and then Sunday I am going to the ice race again if the lake is still frozen.
