Hi all-

I just got my front fork upgraded from Hollywood Cycles in Bloomington. I got the RockShox J3 with PopLock. I took it out for a spin last night and it is sooooo much better than then old shock. It eats up curbs and ruts like no ones beeswax. A few more upgrades to go, I need new wheels/tires, bar and stem for sure before spring.

After work I am heading over to The Mall to pick up a car adapter for the iPod. I am going to need it for the trip out to see Anne this weekend and next weekend. I am guessing I am going to have to Tivo the SuperBowl cause I won't be back in time. Speaking of the Super Bowl I wonder how many people get the XL to mean 40? I bet many think it is X-tra Large!!!

Gym Update: I caught a glimpse of The Mole on the phone but he was gone by the time I started pushing weight. Got there around 10PM and it was packed with couples. Go home people! Not much else to report.

I also found out by checking my stats a few people were reffered to my site from google after searching for "lifetime fitness sucks". I was like the 7th listing down. Huh. I like Life Time Fitness for the record.
