Thursday Night: Last softball game of the year.
The Eagan Men's Corporate Lower(beer) League had their last game of the year Thursday night and to celebrate our .500 year so far we had ourselves a party before the game. There were burgers, brats and all the fixin's that make a good BBQ. We took up a nice green patch of grass in the shade near a biff. Ahh, summer and her 95 degree temps also greeted us.

Our Team, Six Minute Abs, ready to play some ball with our food holders full of beer and burgers.

Safe?!? Nope, someone made the call to send him home, could this be the downfall of The Abs?

Luckily we had good pitching and hitting to keep us in the game. Some people say this is my best side. #1 baby!

Did I crush a monster homerun? Nope, a nice single right over 2nd base. The Abs would come out on top of this game 12-4 and put is
9-8-1 overall for the season. Go Abs!
Friday Night:Met up with Chris who was in town from Texas and we LRT'd it downtown to meet up with Dozer. So Anne, Chris and I hit the OC and waited for Andy to show up. We ate some food, drank some beer and made fun of people. Pretty typical. We decided to get a move on to drink some more, we hit Rock Bottom for a flight of beer, then the News Room for a drink or two more. We then ended up at Brits after Dozer ducked out because he was sleepy. Brits was good with a couple of 1/2 and 1/2's and a Bootlegger for Chris.
We paid up and headed back to the LRT. I had to piss, bad. Oh, man, after the last time I had to pee downtown and got shined by the police I had to think quick. I found a trash can with an ashtray on top behind a pillar. I pee'd into the trashcan and watched for the cops. I was going to pretend I was putting out a smoke if they came by. Lady luck was on my side this time.
We got down to the LRT and we missed the last train. Fuck. I spotted a cab and then we jumped into it and headed back to MOA. $32.00 later we were there and then heading home. It was good to hang out with Chris and see him drink some Summit. Can't get that in Texas.
Saturday:Hangover. Just a little one for me, a larger one for Anne. We laid around most of the AM. Around 1:30 Anne dropped me off at Life Time Fitness, and picked me up at 4:30 on her way to the Andy and Jaime's place. Anne was to play video games with Jaime and make fun of people on MySpace while Andy and I headed down to Karl's to nerd out on some Xbox. We played Xbox until 1:30AM and headed back to see the girls. Anne and I headed home and went right to sleep. Still tired from the Chris night out.
Sunday:Oh hell, Sunday was hot also. Too hot to stay inside and even too hot to keep running the AC. Headed up to Dad's to take a boat out and do some swimming. We were in the water for about 4 hours and got a little sun burn. Not too bad though. Fred didn't get burnt though.

Fredo isn't so scared of the water with his life vest on and stationed on a floatie.
Monday: Worked then hit the gym. The Mole was there. God damnit, headphones turned up to the max. The gym hasn't changed since I was last there. Still the same people but it was fricken packed. I guess no one wanted to be out in the heat. Headed home, watched some TV, went to sleep.
The End.

Thanks for linking to our site (reviewsby.us)! My husband started it a few months ago and we've been spending a lot of our free time putting work into it. Mostly going out to eat, which I guess you can hardly call work. ;^) We still have a long way to go, but plan to have profiles for each user where they can list their favorite restaurants, the kinda of food they enjoy, etc so visitors will know if they would enjoy the same things. Would you believe, the biggest challenge so far is getting people to realize they can review menu items also, not just the restaurant as a whole?
Anyway, glad you stumbled upon it (how did you find it, btw?) and we'd love your feedback if you have any suggestions!
