This is my little spot on the web where I spew words either every day or a few times a year. Who knows.
Paid the first of many mortgage payments today. Citimortgage made is really easy to pay it online. It is just as easy as paying a credit card. For all the interest money they are making they should make it easy. I even tacked on a little more principal, maybe I can pay it off in 29 1/2 years instead of 30!
We also got a foosball table from a friend at work. It really works pretty well, even Anne likes to play it. Well back to work, it has been pretty busy around here.

Wheeeee, mortgage payments. Sounds like fun. I've always wanted a foosball table (or, better yet, an air hockey table) in my house. That sounds pretty fun!
If you make 1 extra payment a year you can take 7+ years off your mortgage.

No prob, usually this can be accomplished by taking out half of the payment straight out of each check (if paid every 2 weeks), the 2 floating checks would make up the extra payment.
