Happy New Year's Eve! I am hoping to escape work at about 3:30PM but who knows what is going to happen. It doesn't really feel like New Years to me, maybe I just don't want this year to be over with yet. It is really quiet around the office today, there isn't anyone around. In two days I will have been with Thomson for 4 years. Nuts. Longest job ever.
There is a new search feature on the website at the bottom. Not sure what I am going to do with it yet but it is there for now. yay. I think I am done typing for today. See ya next year.

Aloha! Purchased a new sweater at Nordstrom today, not sure if I like it anymore. I am going to have to try it out again tomorrow and see if I like it again. If not, back to the store for it! I ate too many of my mom's Christmas cookies and I am pretty sure I am going to puke now.
Anyway...Anne will be in town Thursday and then we get to do some fun stuff around the cities. I have been playing around with the Rasterbator, check it out and make a poster. I flipped on the TV and a show called Father of the Pride is on. I thought it was going to be retarded but...It is pretty damn funny. Watch it.
So that damn Google advertising thing isn't changing up there, it is suppose to change with the text on the webpage and relate to the article but the damn thing hasen't been changing. Fuck it. I will deal with it later. I am going to head to the store and look at area rugs because my carpet is shit here. Later.

Good day to my peps in cyberland. Watching my new Ren and Stimpy DVD's. They are frickin' sweet. I forgot how funny they are, I haven't seen an episode in probably 2 years. Ren and Stimpy rock. I have been listening to a lot of Ben Folds lately, I love those songs... My Grandpa broke his leg over the weekend so I went to the hospital to visit him. He is doing fine now but has a broken leg with pins in it. Oh I got a nice tie over the weekend from Anne, it is a rockin' J.Crew silk number.(see below)
J.Crew has some cool stuff this season. I have purchased a few items lately.
I learned an important lesson the other day when it was -18 degrees here in MSP. When coming into the house after not wearing gloves, allow your hands to warm up before going to the bathroom. I seem to forget this concept every year. Ladies you think that toilet seat can get cold? Try frost bitten fingers on your most sensitive of all members. Not good.

Yo. I have gotten 92.3% of my x-mas shopping done and have a nice little party to go to this evening. I started watching A Christmas Story already, damnit. If you have not seen it, watch it.
I was in IKEA tonight, I think I could spend about $10k in there. The lady who was checking me out this evening had to have been on speed. She moved faster than anything I have ever seen before. So if your x-mas present has burns from moving at light speed, they do have a 45 return policy.
So as I modified all my passwords on every account I ever had I fucked up my match.com account and it activated the profile. Now I can't get logged back in to turn it off. I keep getting winks and messages from the ladies but I can't reply or disable my account. Stupid Internet.
You may want to add this to your wish list. It's a great movie and comes out soon. Napoleon Dynamite will tell you himself that you are a flippin' idiot for not buying it...HERE!
Oh, if you ever get bored check out dack.com, a local mpls man with some humor. I like his Nov 4th election coverage and new Union naming.
