Home Owners!
Well Anne and I officially own a home. Closing took about 25 minutes and about 10 of that was making copies I think. It went so smooth, I still can't believe it was that easy.
I want to thank Terry Buchanan at Prudential Sundial Realty, he was awesome and made the process incredibly easy. He was able to answer every stupid question we had and did a great job working with us to outbid another couple so we could get the house. If you need a Realtor, I highly recommend him.
I also want to thank Jason Gamboni at Twin Cities Mortgage Source for working had to get us a great rate on our loan and like I said before, answering our stupid questions. If you need a mortgage or refinance, give him a call.
And last I want to thank Anne for helping to keep me sane during the process. Oh and Fredo too.

I don't give a shit about Anna Nicole Smith, her Mom, her Lawyer, or any of the other guys she has been with. Do you really need to have live courtroom feeds on what is going to happen with her body and money? I feel sorry for her 5 month old daughter.
Also, I don't care about Britney, it is really sad to thing that K-Fed is the responsible parent. Can't we get back to prediction some oncoming disaster or plague?
I blame all that is wrong in the world now on MySpace. Wanna know how to really pimp your MySpace account? Delete it and hit up Blogger, Flickr, and you can even comment and send out stupid surveys! Wanna really be cool? Start your own forum or join one!
I generally hate the new Apple commercials but this one is really funny. Since I run Vista on my work PC I know how it feels. Cancel or Allow? If I was going to buy a new computer, I would buy an Apple.
